Dr Lock came out to me immediately after I got the keys to my new house but couldn't get in! Incredibly helpful, very informative and gave excellent advice, plus he fitted me a new lock very quickly. V good value for money and I would recommend him - I will be calling him again if I ever need to! Thanks Dr Lock! Dr Lock responded quickly to my initial enquiry for an outside code lock to be fitted to a cupboard. After he saw a picture of the cupboard he was able to quote and book in the job for me. On fitting the lock itself he was extremely efficient. Very professional and friendly in all of my communications with him and I would definitely use again and highly recommend. Arrived on time. Knew what the issue was straight away and sorted it quickly. Not expensive. Nick is a lovely bloke. He had a trainee with him and you can tell he would be a great tutor for anyone looking to learn the trade.

Thoroughly enjoyed my time spent training with Nick both out on the road experiencing real locksmithing jobs and in the workshop learning and practicing lock picking techniques. Nick loves his profession and his knowledge in the field is second to none, would highly recommend to anyone considering training to be a locksmith.
